About the role…

With the support and guidance of TBH senior team members, TBH graduates gain industry recognised experience in Project Controls services with a focus on time and cost management.

A day in the life of our graduates includes;

• Detailed scheduling or analysis of schedules costing of projects during the feasibility, tender, construction, and commissioning phases of the construction lifecycle;
• Preparation or assessment of costing during the stages of a project;
• Development of Integrated Project Controls Reporting platforms;
• Preparation of delay, cost, and disruption claims.

You will have the opportunity to develop in-depth experience across numerous projects and challenges, including (but not limited to) project planning, extension of time and quantum, expert witness reporting. 

To ensure you are set up for success and continue to thrive at TBH, you'll be provided with in-house training and continual guidance and mentoring by senior team members to assist with the development of your skillset.

Our team is growing and has opportunities for entry-level graduates in our Adelaide Office. Whilst this role will be based within South Australia you will have the opportunity to work on projects across Australia and our International Regions; as well as the opportunity to travel and work at interstate, intrastate and internationally.

If you are either an Australian citizen or a permanent resident who has recently completed (or is currently in their final year of completing) a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil, Structural and/or Mechanical), we want to hear from you.
