About us

TechnologyOne (ASX:TNE) is Australia's largest enterprise software company and one of Australia's top 200 ASX-listed companies, with offices across six countries. We create solutions that transform business and make life simple for our customers. We do this by providing powerful, deeply integrated enterprise software that is incredibly easy to use. Over 1,200 leading corporations, Government departments and statutory authorities are powered by our software.

We participate in only eight key markets: Government, Local Government, financial services, education, health and community services, asset intensive industries, project intensive industries and corporates. For these markets we develop, market, sell, implement, support and run our preconfigured solutions, which reduce time, cost and risk for our customers.

For over 30 years, we have been providing our customers enterprise software that evolves and adapts to new and emerging technologies, allowing them to focus on their business and not technology. Today, our software is available on TechnologyOne SaaS and across smart mobile devices. For further information please visit: TechnologyOneCorp.com

Luthfiya Osman

Graduate Business Analyst

I grew up in Pretoria, the capital city of beautiful South Africa. While in high school I developed an interest in programming and decided to make a career of IT. I attended the University of Pretoria and pursued qualifications in IT.

After moving to Australia, I applied to Technology One through LinkedIn. I was invited to attend the information day at HQ where I was amazed by the software, as well as the office environment.

I love my job because even as a grad I get the opportunity to voice my opinion and bring forth any ideas I have to the team. I am encouraged to take the initiative to drive my own career and I am trusted to fulfil my role diligently. At the same time, there is a high level of guidance and support available to me whenever I require it.

Jennifer May

Graduate Learning Designer

Jennifer studied Bachelor of Information Technology at Queensland University of Technology

TechnologyOne produces enterprise software and I make instructional videos to help customers use the software. For each video, I cut unwanted sound out of the narration and then I use video production software to make the video. I follow a script, called a storyboard. I get to create motion graphics, which is a lot of fun. I love creating custom graphics and animating them.

Brendan Schirmer

Graduate Software Developer

Brendan studied Bachelor of Information Technology at Griffith University. I work as a Graduate Developer in the Research and Development team. I am responsible for writing clean code to further develop the system.

On a normal day, I can work on anything from fixing a minor or major bug to converting some legacy code to the new systems code to writing whole new functionality. A task could take half a day, or five or more weeks.

I got into IT to constantly learn. I love that my job is to not only be on the cutting-edge of new technologies, but to drive the market with the newest solutions.

TechnologyOne is not scared to take risks and allow us to express our ideas.

Another major bonus of my job is the working conditions. We can choose our hours, so long as we get our work done. We have videos games, a pool table and board games; everyone is provided for us to take vital breaks from our work so we can stay as productive as possible.
