About the program:

Spanning two years, our program will offer you three rotations of eight months. Working with you, we will ensure your rotations are tailored to the technologies you want to explore, skills you want to develop and the direction you want to take your career.

The eligibility requirements for our 2026 Emerging Talent Program, are as follows. As a graduate, you'll need to:

• I am an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian Permanent Resident or will hold unrestricted working rights within Australia by January 2026;
• I have completed my degree within the last 3 years (ie. 2023, 2024, 2025) or will be completing my degree by January 2026; and
• I will be able to commence full time employment in Melbourne in February 2026
