The Opportunity
Supporting the Partners, Directors and Managers – Graduates will assist with the end-to-end recruiting processes for ThompsonCook’s clients including conducting research into new and existing customers, sourcing talent and supporting with search exercises.
The successful graduates will take part in the graduate training program which will be heavily focused on developing your technical knowledge and account management skills.

We have a great office in the CBD with end of trip facilities. We catch up for regular team lunches and events and enjoy an additional 4 weeks’ annual leave for every 3 years of service. The Expertise
ThompsonCook is seeking recent graduates who have completed their final year of study across Commerce, Business Management, Law, Arts, Human Resources or Marketing.
Most likely, you have a strong academic background from one of the leading universities in Sydney such as USYD, UNSW, UTS, Macquarie University or Western Sydney University.
You will have part-time/casual work experience in retail, hospitality or sports and have engaged in a range of extra-curricular activities such as volunteering. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and want to grow your career – this is important as it reflects the background of the current team at ThompsonCook.
