Responsibilities

• Answering/directing phone calls to relevant team

• Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Assisting with various process in supply chain

• Assist with customer invoicing and enquiries

• Maintaining accounting system database

• Vouching and Recording credit and fuel card transactions

• Ad hoc tasks as required
