Urbis Connect is designed to give you a clear, practical understanding of what it’s like to work at Urbis and how to best position yourself when applying for our internship program. Our Parramatta session will be from 5-8PM on 8 July at our Parramatta office. Attendance is strictly by registration only.

What to expect:

• Hear directly from current and past Urbis interns about their day‑to‑day work, the types of projects they contribute to, and how different business units operate.
• Take part in small group discussions where you can ask candid questions about workplace culture, career pathways, and what makes a strong candidate.
• Gain clarity on the recruitment process and what to expect at each stage.
• Learn from our People & Culture team about application timelines, what we look for, interview preparation, and how to use AI effectively in your application.

The evening will be interactive and social, with structured networking, a collaborative team challenge, and time to connect informally with students, staff and recruiters. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of Urbis, practical insights you can apply straight away, and a stronger sense of whether an Urbis internship is right for you.

• Our internship program is open to Australian and New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.
• Applicants will need to be studying a relevant degree in 2027. A list of roles we're recruiting for and the required degrees is on the registration page.
• Please note that our Parramatta office is recruiting for planning interns only. If you are looking to apply for a position in a different discipline, we encourage you to attend our Sydney Urbis Connect.
