Our Grad Program
We’re looking to fill our programs with original thinkers and innovators from all degrees of study.  Challenging and rewarding – our programs will get your career off to a flying start.

Eligibility
You must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen OR an Australian Permanent Resident AND be in your final year of study of a university degree OR completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than 3 years ago.

You’ll need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2024.

Our Consumer & Business Program
Our people are our competitive advantage. As part of the Consumer & Business graduate program, you will be supporting our amazing franchise and amazing brands.

It’s our strength, agility and heart that gives our customers the confidence to navigate change and forge new paths. 

You’ll contribute to developing strategies for customer centric solutions, gain a deep understanding of our customer facing teams and how they create opportunity for our customers to create better futures.

This is a 12-month program with 4 x 13-week rotations. Build a broad knowledge base and deepen your skillset, whilst forming professional networks to enhance your success. 

Rotations and experiences are varied, they will include time supporting our customer facing businesses: Private Wealth, SME, Small Business & Commercial Relationship Business and Retail Branches. You will also gain the opportunity to spend time within our Product Lines of business including Business Lending, Mortgages, Cash & Transactional and Consumer Finance while also gaining experience with our Risk and Compliance teams. 

You’ll gain experience across a diverse range of areas and build a broad knowledge base, enabling you to fast-track your success. You’ll kick-start your career in roles such as Product Manager, Associate Business Analyst, Operations Manager, Change Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, Account Executive, Business Banker, Engagement Manager, HR Co-Ordinator, Manager -Monitoring, Manager - Performance, Change Associate, or Associate Private Banker.
