The finance & accounting graduate program is a 2-year program with 2 x 12-months home base roles and 2-3 micro-experiences per year. From strategy and enterprise services to finance business partnering roles. The F&A team span the entire business and are pivotal to the success of Westpac Group. We view our Finance & Accounting graduates as our future leaders
What the Finance & Accounting Graduate Program will offer you?
- Part of your journey you will get micro-experiences that are short 3–6-week assignments that will allow you to develop and utilise your skills in other areas across the enterprise.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Motivation in making an impact to the Westpac Group
- Have an interest in being part of an innovative, hybrid work environment
- Have strong communication skills and can think laterally
You will also need:
- To be in in your final year of study of a university degree, or
- You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
- You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
