Our Vacationer Program
As a William Buck Vacationer, you will experience first-hand how your university studies translate into a career path. Our program will give you a taste what you can expect as a professional within an accounting and advisory firm by being involved in real-world work and projects, learning as much as possible and leaving our program excited about the future.
What does the William Buck Vacationer Program offer?

• The first chance at being offered a Graduate position starting the following year.
We are currently seeking Vacationers to join our Wealth Advisory team in January 2026 for 5 weeks.
Our Wealth Advisory division offers a holistic approach to assisting high-net worth individuals and corporate clients. This includes estate and trust administration, wealth management, investment strategies, portfolio management and succession planning.
As a Vacationer you will be responsible for preparing investment reports, preparing insurance renewals, investment portfolio administration, booking reviews and so much more.
What do I need to be successful?
• Eagerness to learn as much as possible and annoy our managers with endless questions!
• A genuine interest in a career within Wealth Advisory.
• A positive outlook and a willingness to make the most out of each day.
• Be studying a relevant degree such as Banking and Finance, Financial Planning or Finance.
• Be in your penultimate year of study.
