As we open applications for the 2024 Future Leaders Awards we encourage all employers to consider how you can make the list of Australia's Top100 Graduate Employers for 2024.

How does it work?
The Top100 recognises Australia’s top and most sought-after graduate employers. To be eligible for consideration, employers must have advertised graduate opportunities on GradConnection at some point during the Top100 Awards calendar year. You're likely already in the running if you have run/are planning to run any campaigns from the end of January through to October 2023! The Top100 Employers are then ranked by industry based on multiple user data points.
How can you improve your ranking?
Essentially the more unique university students and graduate applicants you attract, the better chance your company has in being recognised. Each time an applicant clicks apply on your company’s opportunity, it goes towards your Top100 ranking. To maximise your chances, we recommend offering opportunities in multiple locations, across multiple disciplines or at multiple times throughout the calendar year. And don't forget you can also advertise any entry-level roles or one-off grad roles on your GC profile for free! These also count towards your ranking.
