What You’ll Be Doing

As an Analyst, you’ll:

• Design and execute test plans based on business requirements and technical documentation.

• Run functional and regression tests to ensure new features work and existing ones remain stable.

• Document everything—from test cases to results—so the team stays aligned and informed.

• Identify and report bugs with clarity and precision using Azure DevOps.

• Drive defect resolution by collaborating with developers and proactively removing blockers.

• Evaluate testing tools and recommend the best fit for our needs.

• Continuously improve testing processes and standards to raise the quality bar.

• Participate in code reviews and help define quality gates.

• Coordinate with client teams for integration and user acceptance testing.

• Spot automation opportunities and help design frameworks to streamline testing.

• Mentor and support junior associates, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.

Additional Requirements

• Security Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen with active or eligible security clearance.

• Work Schedule: This is a managed services role, so flexibility is key. You may be required to work shifts, be on-call, and support after-hours deployments.

• Location Commitment: Must be willing to work onsite at the client’s office 4 days a week.

• Must not have been terminated from a government agency or received poor performance feedback.

• Must have lived in Australia for most of the past 5 years.

• Must be up to date with tax obligations.
