About the Role

Begin your development career in a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and build confidence as a Junior .NET Full Stack Developer. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to real software projects, and gradually develop into a subject matter expert. This role gives you hands‑on exposure to modern .NET technologies while helping you strengthen your foundational skills.

This role can be based in Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build Software Features — Assist in designing and developing software components within an existing product line.

  • Write Quality Code — Implement features that follow requirements, coding standards, and best practices.

  • Fix Software Issues — Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs with guidance from senior developers.

  • Support Delivery Processes — Participate in planning and executing development tasks to meet project timelines.

  • Collaborate With the Team — Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to maintain and improve software products.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with .NET Core

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Familiarity with Software Testing

  • Strong interest in software troubleshooting and problem‑solving

What You’ll Need:

    • Basic proficiency in .NET Full Stack Development
    • Basic understanding of SQL for querying, updating, and working with relational data
    • Basic understanding of OOP concepts such as classes, inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism
    • At least 1 year of experience (internships, academic projects, or entry‑level work count)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
