Job Description - Responsibilities
The ASR graduate placement is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of software sales and is the ideal gate-way to a permanent career opportunity with LogMeIn. This person will help us to sell industry leading SaaS solutions, working within a high growth industry and company.
The ASR will go through a structured training programme, including both formal and ‘on the job’ sales training, to set them up for success and build their sales skills. The ASR will receive support and guidance from their manager, as well as our in-house sales trainer and various other team members. The learning opportunity is huge.
The ASR’s role is focused on dedicated selling activities, following up on leads that come through from marketing campaigns and qualifying and developing inbound interest in our solutions.
This position reports to the Manager of the New Business Sales team. The ASR is an important component to the success of this team and our business. Their work will contribute to better qualified leads, new sales pipeline, increased conversions and revenue.
- Conducting research to find sales opportunities and develop targeted prospect lists
- Receive and qualify inbound inquiries
- Follow up on warm leads – including marketing campaigns and events & those who’ve trialed our products
- Omni-channel selling, including via emails, social media and meetings
- Setting up appointments with prospective customers
- Communication with target customers via online chat
- Updating the CRM system
- Fluency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with others
- Self-motivated, organized and driven
- An interest in technology
- Curious about developing a career within sales
The candidate must be currently enrolled at an Australian University.
The scholarship amounts to $45,448.00 plus super for Graduate Students at full time based on a 38-hour week for 48 weeks plus 4 weeks leave.
This is a full-time role for 12 months. However, candidates who are available 3 days (minimum) per week or who are only available 6 months will also be considered.
