We are seeking a proactive and experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join one of Australia’s leading Personal Injury Law Firms. This full-time role is split across our Sydney CBD and Parramatta offices, and offers a unique opportunity to support our dynamic teams while advancing your career in IT support and administration within the legal industry.

 

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will provide on-site and remote support across both locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our IT systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Escalate and liaise on support issues to external service providers

  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and password resets via Active Directory

  • Troubleshooting Windows/Parallels Microsoft 365, VPN, printers, and mobile devices

  • Supporting meeting setups, including video conferencing and scheduling tools

  • Documenting incidents, resolutions, and contributing to the IT knowledge base

  • Performing general IT administration and compliance tasks as required

  • Traveling between Sydney CBD and Parramatta offices as needed to provide hands-on support

 

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

  • Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role is a plus, but not essential

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 administration

  • Experience with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems

  • A proactive and solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

  • A professional and mature approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A valid driver’s license or reliable transport for travel between offices

  • Legal industry experience is a plus, but not essential
