The Role & The Team

This role reports to the Financial Accounting Manager and will assist the Finance team with a broad range of tasks, such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

This opportunity will see you assisting with the following:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts including reconciliations and expense analysis.
  • Preparation of annual budget and forecasts.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Statutory reporting, including APRA, FBT, FSL, stamp duty, ICA, BAS.
  • Company tax returns.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse problems and propose solutions.
  • Effective time management skills.

It will be essential for you to have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting
  • Microsoft Excel Skills – Basic to Intermediate
  • Whilst not essential it will be highly regarded if you are undertaking further studies such as CPA.
