Are you a creative thinker and innovator with a passion for design? Join our team and be part of a groundbreaking opportunity to re-imagine Adobe's products. We are hiring an intern position in our team in 2024, and we're looking for visionary minds to shape the future of design software. 

The Creative Cloud Solution Consulting team is a highly experienced group of creative technical experts with industry experience. Solution Consultants are the primary technical resources for Sales and Marketing in the field, supporting the Adobe's flagship applications in Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign and Premier Pro. We work with Adobe’s customers, and with our internal Marketing teams to ensure customers are maximizing the benefits and value realized from their Adobe investment. These engagements can be highly technical in nature and our presentations are always designed to inspire and delight. We focus closely on customers specific use cases and needs. Our team’s backgrounds include a plethora of roles spanning from Designers, Illustrators, Photographers, UI, UX, Video, and 3D experts. 

What you'll do 

Working within the Creative Cloud Solutions Consulting team, you will work to become an expert in the best of class Adobe Creative Cloud tools, with an opportunity to extend beyond this as your knowledge grows. This will involve working with other Solution Consultants on complex solutions to business problems and learning how to present and demonstrate these solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of an organization. Throughout the internship you work on an assigned group project with the aim to present back to management at the end of the internship.  

What you need to succeed

• Graduate in 2024 in a related field
• Ability to work for 3 days per week for six months (April to Oct 2024)
• Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen, based in Sydney
• Outstanding portfolio of creative work in Design, UI, UX, Illustration, Video production, 3D, Photography or similar.
• Demonstrated interest in business strategy, and technology.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Exceptional creative and design problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to present on stage at marketing events.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• You are a curious self-starter who is resourceful and absorb concepts quickly.
• Passion for new knowledge.
• You enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends.
• High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity.
