If you answered yes, then we have an opportunity that will provide you with invaluable hands-on experience in the AI industry. As an intern within our Products and Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a real impact in the development of cutting-edge software products.

Our Melbourne-based summer internship program is open to students in their penultimate or final year of study who will finish their studies by the end of 2025.

Interns may be offered ongoing part-time work during the semester, and potentially a full-time graduate position on completion of their studies.

As a summer intern you can expect:

• A comprehensive training program encompassing AI fundamentals, machine learning algorithms, data analytics tools, and real-world applications of AI technology in various industries
• The opportunity to work alongside industry experts from product and engineering, data science and management consulting 
• Hands-on experience working on engagements for companies across a range of industries
• To help identify where AI opportunities can be ‘productised’, and sold repeatedly 
• Involvement in customer interactions to gather feedback and insights for product improvement 
• Engagement in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement
• Participation in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive innovation and growth within the organisation
• Mentorship from senior members of the team 

About you:

• Have strong quantitative analytical skills
• Are good problem-solvers
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have a WAM of 75+
• Are excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing
• Are highly ethical and value this in others
• Thrive in a team environment
• Align with our core values of integrity, empathy, humility and curiosity 
• Have a strong interest in AI or product strategy

Internship dates and location

The summer internship will run for 5 weeks from Monday 13 January – Friday 14 February 2025.

The internship will be held at our cool new office, in Flinders Street, Melbourne, opposite Federation Square.
