Our Graduate Program

Commercial Operations

In joining the Commercial Operations program stream, you'll receive structured training and have the opportunity to work with gas and power markets. Through your rotations, you'll elarn about the daily processes that underpin the east and west coast of Australian gas and electricity markets and the infrastructure that underpins Australia's energy security.

You will also gain cross-functional exposure to teams such as Regulation and Policy, which advocate for improvements to the Australian energy regulatory landscape, and our Energy Solutions division which develops commercial products to meet our customers' needs.

About You

• You're currently completing your final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree / (or completed studies in the last 12 months) in a quantitative field
  • Economics | Mathematics | Engineering | Finance | Science 
• You're available to start your full-time career in March 2026
• You've maintained an overall credit average (65 WAM or GPA equivalent)
• You're an Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia at time of application
