The APA Bright Sparks Graduate Program provides a unique opportunity for graduates to gain valuable industry experience, learn about our business and gain insight into what a career at APA looks like. Over the two-year program you will work across our core business areas to develop your technical knowledge and skills, and your leadership capabilities. You will work on challenging projects alongside some of the most experienced and talented people in our industry.

As a Graduate on our two year Program, we offer you:

As part of the 2022 APA Bright Sparks Graduate program, we are recruiting into our Sustainability & Community team. As we continue to develop and expand our operating portfolio, we will continue to invest in our greatest asset: our people. Our Sustainability & Community team ensure we operate in line with sustainability objectives and corporate strategy.  As a Graduate in Sustainability & Community, you will work closely with the Team and will contribute to the team’s success.

On successful completion of the Graduate Program we will work together placing you in a division of the Sustainability & Community team that you have worked in, balancing your preferences with the business needs. 

To be eligible to apply for the Graduate Development program, you will be: 

  • Degree qualified in Sustainability, Sustainability Development, Business, Environmental Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, Community Relations, Social Planning or related disciplines
  • A recent Graduate or in your final year of study and in a position to start your graduate program in February 2022 in Sydney
  • Be able to communicate with a broad range of people; verbally and written 
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Have sound analytical and research skills
  • Be driven and dedicated to your career growth and development
  • Hold a current Australian driver’s license
