Our goal is to help our clients navigate an increasingly competitive and challenging talent market by completing search campaigns on their behalf. 

The Opportunity

We employ a mixture of graduates and experienced recruitment consultants. In February 2023 we employed six graduates, three in our Sydney office and three in our Melbourne office. We are now looking to expand our team again with additional graduates for a July 2024 or January 2025 intake. 

Supporting the Partners, Directors and Managers, graduates will assist the business with researching leading Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne based companies, consisting of client research, market mapping, career planning, assisting with business marketing and event planning. The successful graduates will take part in the graduate training program which will be heavily focused on developing their technical knowledge and account management skills.

The Expertise

Working at Assistant Sydney will see you enjoy a diverse and fulfilling role. We are seeking recent graduates who have completed their final year of study across Commerce, Business Management, Law, Arts, Human Resources, Psychology, or Marketing. 

Most likely, you have a strong academic background from one of the leading universities in Sydney such as the University of Sydney, Macquarie University, UTS, or UNSW. You will have part-time/casual work experience in retail, hospitality, or sports, and have engaged in a range of extra-curricular activities such as volunteering or be part of a sport team.
