We embrace flexible working and are always open to discussing your individual needs so that you get to create your own experience with us.

What will you do?

As a Graduate electrical engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our team with our clients' strategic decision makers to identify and tackle their most pressing challenges and exciting opportunities, helping them to navigate the uncertainty within our transitioning energy markets and value chains.

You will join our Energy and Industrial business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients.

Some opportunities to work on major national defence projects and closely with our industrial clients, getting exposure to varied and challenging projects across the country. Projects across all industries are under increasing pressure to come in on time and on budget. From establishing a portfolio of programs that optimises capital expenditure to providing certainty of project outcomes; capability and capacity, underpinned by digital technology, are critical in effective program and project management.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.

· Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and multiple stakeholders.

· Use your ability to initiate and build relationships with both your peers and clients to push forward the boundaries of what is possible.

Our Aurecon Attributes describe the types of people we bring together for clients. We don't expect you to have all eight of the attributes, but one that is unique to you.

Finally, we value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life. Does that sound like you?

Our programme

As an Aurecon graduate, you will work in a collaborative environment where you have the flexibility to pursue your passions, design your own pathway, and fast track your career.

As part of a diverse and inclusive team, you'll collaborate with others across geographies and markets, applying your skills to re-imagine engineering and design a better future.
