Program Overview

The Ausgrid Graduate program commences in late January 2024 and paves the way for our Graduates to perform, develop and thrive in their careers, with access to senior leaders, mentors, accelerated development opportunities and networking.

Across the two-year program, you will work on high-impact projects directly delivering against our business strategy. A minimum of 4 rotations in the program will offer you a breadth of experiences, work, and knowledge to aid in building the foundations for a successful career.​

Customer & Strategy

At Ausgrid, our Customer and Strategy Group combines Customer, Regulation, Strategy and Corporate Affairs teams whose primary focus is on elevating our customers and delivering on strategic priorities.

As the Customer and Strategy Graduate, you will gain exposure to the varying business functions, including, Customer and Partner Experience, Regulation, Innovation & Growth, and Strategy & Sustainability. Your experience rotating in these areas will allow you to build solid foundations to develop a career in Customer & Strategy.

Throughout the Graduate program, you will be coached and mentored by senior leaders as they pave the way in developing and implementing Ausgrid’s strategy.  

Eligibility​

• You have completed your relevant University degree in the last 2 years or will have completed it before the program commencing in January 2024.​
• Aligned degrees include Economics and/or Commerce.
• Applicants with double degrees are actively encouraged to apply. ​
• At the time of application candidates must hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency ​
• Valid driver's license may be required ​
• Roles will commence in January 2024
