What you need to be eligibility

To be eligible for our 2027 Graduate Program, you need to:

  • have Graduated by the end of the 2026 academic year (offers will be subject to graduation and transcript verification)
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • be prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2027 located within Melbourne
  • Suited to graduates with degrees in Business (Economics major), Economics, who are proactive, curious, creative in problem‑solving, and motivated to learn and piece together complex economic frameworks.

About the role

  • Apply economic thinking to analyse regulatory frameworks, read and interpret regulator documents, identify key nuances, and contribute to incentive‑based calculations, modelling, and policy assessments.
  • Use strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex economic issues into clear insights for regulators, customers, and internal stakeholders across the business.
  • Bring solid numerical capability, business mathematics, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation, along with a genuine passion for economics and willingness to dive deeply into legislation, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage externally with regulators, customer groups, and internal teams, managing challenging conversations with resilience, professionalism, and a by‑the‑book approach to compliance and economic regulation.
