What you need to be eligibility

To be eligible for our 2027 Graduate Program, you need to:

• have Graduated by the end of the 2026 academic year (offers will be subject to graduation and transcript verification)
• be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
• be prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2027 located within Melbourne
• Suited to graduates from Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science, especially those with a curiosity‑driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to understand how systems interconnect and support enterprise‑wide delivery.

About the role

• Contribute to evaluating new business initiatives, supporting ideation, analysing solution options, assessing cost and delivery impacts, and determining how proposed systems fit within the organisation’s broader architecture.
• Support technology delivery across both operational systems (e.g., field mobility tools for transmission crews) and business systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), helping ensure stability, usability, and alignment to architectural standards.
• Apply strong attention to detail and analytical thinking to understand system architectures, software lifecycles, dependencies, and integration requirements across the IT landscape.
• Work collaboratively with internal customers and stakeholders, engaging professionally in customer‑facing conversations, asking questions, exploring options, and helping shape business‑aligned technology solutions.
