About the role:

This is a new program within our growing Agribusiness which aims to provide graduates with a hands-on opportunity to learn a variety of skills in key areas of our business. 

As a Junior Operations/Production Manager, you will learn directly from our Senior Managers throughout the whole organisation, from production, procurement to farm. These managers will teach you how to efficiently run the operational side of the business, from sourcing the crops and other produce, to packing this stock, to efficiently transporting it to DCs across Australia.

Key duties/ responsibilities include: 

  • Manage transportation between farms and warehouses, as well as to supermarket DCs through our transport and third-party providers.
  • Manage and retain key relationships with growers and suppliers.
  • Liaise with both farming crews and sales teams to acquire and supply correct volumes.
  • Automation farming and production, robotics 
  • Ensure all production teams are meeting both quality and efficiency goals.
  • Fulfill all stock requirements for farms, warehouse, and supermarket DCs.
  • General maintenance of the packing facility and related equipment.
