About the Role
Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Consultant within our Cyber team, starting January 2026.
Our Cyber team partners with clients to evaluate and strengthen their approach to security, helping them respond to cyber risks and threats while aligning with their business strategies. They deliver a comprehensive range of services, including strategic governance, offensive security, and resilience solutions.
What you’ll get
As a Cyber Graduate Consultant at BDO, you can expect to:
- Assist in consulting on various cyber security services, such as:
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance, including ISO 27001, ACSC Essential 8, SOCI compliance, NIST CSF, IRAP, PCI DSS, and virtual CISO services.
- Security engineering and enablement, focusing on security architecture, dashboards, and solutions such as Microsoft Purview.
- Offensive Security engagements, including web, API, mobile, network, and wireless penetration testing, phishing campaigns, red team exercises, and ransomware simulations.
- Resilience services, such as developing cyber incident response plans, disaster recovery plans, and conducting cyber security exercises and simulations.
- Gain exposure to industry-leading frameworks.
- Collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver tailored solutions, helping organisations mitigate risks and strengthen their security postures.
- Participate in cyber awareness training and contribute to education initiatives.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be:
- You will be studying towards an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or you are pursuing relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH).
- Available to start in January 2026.
