About the Role

Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Consultant within our Cyber team, starting January 2027.

Our Cyber team helps organisations understand and manage cyber risks, strengthen security and build resilience against emerging threats.

As a Cyber Graduate, you'll work with clients across a range of industries, helping them protect their information, manage risks and respond to an increasingly complex digital environment.

This variety will expose you to different industries, technologies and business challenges while helping you develop technical, commercial and consulting skills.

What You'll Do

As a Cyber Graduate at BDO, you can expect to:

• Support cyber risk assessments and security reviews
• Assist with cyber governance, risk and compliance engagements
• Learn industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and Essential Eight
• Support cyber resilience and incident response projects
• Assist with security testing and vulnerability assessments
• Analyse cyber risks and prepare recommendations for clients
• Work alongside experienced consultants to help organisations improve their cyber security capabilities

No two engagements are the same, providing exposure to a wide range of organisations, technologies and cyber security challenges.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be:

• You will be studying towards an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or you are pursuing relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH).

• Eligible for postgraduate study (CA/CPA, CFA)
• Available to start in January 2027.
