About the Role

Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Consultant within our Strategy and Transformation team, starting January 2026.

As a Graduate with BDO you will have access to technical and leadership development programs, whilst being supported by our experienced Managers and Partners in a connected and social team culture! Develop and implement solutions to deliver project and operational outcomes, identify opportunities with our clients for improved performance, assist with preparing proposals and reporting requests and work closely with senior members of the team to create future business opportunities.

BDO's team of advisers specialise in developing and executing innovative operational frameworks to help our clients meet their strategic goals. We offer clients a range of services which include:

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be:

  • In your final year, or have recently completed a Business, Commerce, Management or other relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • Eligible for postgraduate study (CA/CPA, CFA)
  • Available to start in January 2026.
