Our Graduate Program provides a group of ambitious and enthusiastic graduates a fantastic opportunity to join the fast paced and exciting world of food and beverage manufacturing!

What to Expect:

You will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, business acumen and personal development opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.

You will work on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team, as well as engage in challenging and meaningful projects. You will be in a highly supportive and collaborative environment that promotes flexibility and a respectful and caring culture.

You will develop soft and hard skills, as well as gain the resources to cultivate a broad network, setting you up for success into the future. You will be offered a broad range of experiences through our diverse range of products and brand portfolio, so you can continue to grow and succeed. 

Highlights:

• Three 8-month rotations providing in-depth experience across key business functions.
• Development and support including; a comprehensive induction, on-the-job learning, and mentors for professional development.
• A Dedicated Rotational Manager for technical development in each function, and a Bega Group ‘buddy’ to familiarise yourself with the Bega Group environment.

 As a Data & AI Graduate you will:

• Explore AI and advanced analytics opportunities by helping solve real business problems and assessing whether proposed models are fit for purpose.
• Support data products by checking data quality, investigating pipeline issues and helping monitor data and model performance against agreed measures.
• Create clear documentation for datasets and data definitions.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices by helping prepare evidence for governance reviews.
• Work with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing and Commercial to understand business problems and translate them into data and AI requirements.
• Learn core data and analytics tools including Snowflake, dbt, ETL, Power BI.
