Our Graduate Program provides a group of ambitious and enthusiastic graduates a fantastic opportunity to join the fast paced and exciting world of food and beverage manufacturing!
What to Expect:
You will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, business acumen and personal development opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.
You will work on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team, as well as engage in challenging and meaningful projects. You will be in a highly supportive and collaborative environment that promotes flexibility and a respectful and caring culture.
You will develop soft and hard skills, as well as gain the resources to cultivate a broad network, setting you up for success into the future. You will be offered a broad range of experiences through our diverse range of products and brand portfolio, so you can continue to grow and succeed.
Highlights:
- Three 8-month rotations providing in-depth experience across key business functions.
- Development and support including; a comprehensive induction, on-the-job learning, and mentors for professional development.
- A Dedicated Rotational Manager for technical development in each function, and a Bega Group ‘buddy’ to familiarise yourself with the Bega Group environment.

As a People & Capability Graduate, you will:
- Play a hands-on role in delivering initiatives that build capability, strengthen culture and develop leaders, supporting Bega's business strategy
- Use people data, workforce insights and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, solve business challenges and inform decision-making
- Support the delivery of key people processes across talent, learning, engagement, DEI, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to enhance employee experience, workforce capability and business performance
- Help design and deliver programs that grow talent, strengthen leadership, build critical skills and create career opportunities across the business
- Gain experience across multiple People & Capability disciplines, including business partnering, talent, learning, reward, workplace relations, communications and change
