Our Graduate Program provides a group of ambitious and enthusiastic graduates a fantastic opportunity to join the fast paced and exciting world of food and beverage manufacturing!

What to Expect:

You will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, business acumen and personal development opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.

You will work on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team, as well as engage in challenging and meaningful projects. You will be in a highly supportive and collaborative environment that promotes flexibility and a respectful and caring culture.

You will develop soft and hard skills, as well as gain the resources to cultivate a broad network, setting you up for success into the future. You will be offered a broad range of experiences through our diverse range of products and brand portfolio, so you can continue to grow and succeed. 

Highlights:

• Three 8-month rotations providing in-depth experience across key business functions.

As a Procurement Graduate you will:

• Support the delivery of procurement projects, helping to source goods and services that deliver value to the business.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support effective procurement outcomes and supplier performance.
• Develop practical skills using procurement and business systems, including ERP platforms such as GEP, as well as Microsoft Office and other business tools.
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with experienced Procurement Manager through one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.
• Build relationships and confidently engage with stakeholders across operations, finance, quality, and supplier teams to support end-to-end procurement activities.
• Will be based at our Port Melbourne office, providing exposure to corporate procurement and key business stakeholders. Your second rotation will be with our Milk Procurement team, working closely with dairy farmers and the agricultural supply chain. This rotation will be based in either Tatura or Koroit, and graduates will be required to relocate for the duration of the placement.
• Need to hold a valid drivers license
