About the role

As a Graduate, you will quickly gain a breadth of experience across both technology platforms and sale transactions. 

This role involves exposure to a variety of our business units depending on your skillset, however it will predominantly focus on transactions, analytics, and insights. You will help support Bravure and our clients across:

• data cleansing and categorisation ahead of sale transactions, 
• preparing information memoranda and other market-facing materials, 
• completing and assisting in understanding data extracts,
• working with the broader team in understanding trends, insights, and making recommendations to our clients.

You will learn about different credit management strategies and approaches, gain hands-on experience with some of Australia’s leading companies, and develop your data analytics capabilities. 

Our graduates develop to take on key roles at Bravure from day one, typically progressing into Associate or Specialist roles within the business after twelve months. 

About you

You are a recent university graduate (either you are about to complete your degree, or you have completed your degree less than 18 months ago).

 Your educational background is in commerce, law, computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or any related disciplines. 

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, quick to learn, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. You should have an analytical mindset, however training in specific analytics techniques and tools will be provided.

For the right candidate, this role would be an ideal stepping stone towards a career in consultancy or financial technology platforms.
