BT Customer Service Representative - Sydney

How will I help?

To help provide peace of mind for our customers, BT Financial Group will entrust you to be the first point of contact for our customers, who are trying to connect with us with regards to their superannuation. Based in our Barangaroo Call Centre, you will be supporting our customers over the phone, ensuring they have a flawless customer service experience, with each and every interaction.

This is a phone-based contact centre role that operates on a rotating roster | Monday to Friday| between 8AM and 8PM, 5 days a week. The health and well-being of our employees is our priority and we will ensure that physical distancing requirements are met in all our workplaces, as long as required.

What do I need ?

Don’t have a background in superannuation or call centres? No problem! We are on the lookout for customer service super stars, who are looking to expand their career into superannuation. To ensure you can take full advantage of our full time paid training and development, you’ll only need the following:

  • Strong customer service experience, such as retail, hospitality, telco, financial services, such as Wealth or Super.
  • Ability to commute to the CBD for full time work, on a 5 day a week rotating, Monday to Friday between 8 am and 8pm
  • Experience supporting customers and their escalations through sound problem solving
  • Have already graduated or about to graduate by late November 2020
