Accounting Officer

Our host company is looking for commercial Accounting officer in order to provide commercial support to Account Management team, clients and brokers through data logging, liaising with Middle Office & Back office processing team.

The Position:

We are looking for Accounting Officer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing commercial support to Account Management team, clients and brokers through data logging, liaising with Middle Office & Back office processing teams and completing administrative tasks to support the Account Management team, in line with commercial processes.
  • Manage all the day to day work which is delivered within agreed time frames and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures in place by Client and external regulators. Highlight to the manager any discrepancies and actions to be taken ensuring ongoing compliance in all tasks.
  • Assist Commercial Director in preparing monthly reporting and ad hoc tasks as required.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Proactive & self-motivated
  • Good analytical skills, strong communication skills.

Experience Required:

  • Two years working experience in sales administration function in banking or insurance industry 
  • Working knowledge of windows suite and PC applications 

Location: Sydney NSW 2000 Australia
