Let's talk about what we do:

Enterprise Transformation helps companies to seize the initiative and discover transformation opportunities. Whilst many companies battle to get ahead, "digital first" start-ups continue to innovate, and win, in bold new ways. Companies must redefine their enterprise to be more dynamic, more agile, more organic, more interconnected, more purposeful - and more human. Companies must invent their tomorrow. The way to survive is through constant reinvention based on a convincing purpose, driven by tech and powered by data.

Enterprise transformation is reinventing the Future of Digital Organisations by combining the right people, organizations, processes, and assets. We deliver transformation from the inside out, magnifying the organisation's digital and sustainable footprint.

We invent the Future Organisation.

Let's talk about our team:

Capgemini Invent is the digital innovation, transformation and consulting global business line of the Capgemini Group, specializing in advising and supporting enterprises in significant transformation, from innovative strategy to execution and with an unstinting focus on value creation. Our Enterprise Transformation is led by four pillars: Business Technology, Data & Analytics, Corporate Experience, Workforce & Organisation.

We make transformation happen.

Corporate Experience

To drive sustainable growth, business leaders need a clear strategic vision and the right processes in place to bring it to life. Our Corporate Experience building blocks help to define and make enterprise transformation happen.

Our in-depth, functional, cross-sector expertise help define business strategy, implement business models, and optimize processes to get businesses future ready. We turn data into insight. We reset procurement and finance functions as well as supporting post-merger integration or carveout to change the scale, scope, and purpose.

Workforce & Organisation

The Future of Work has arrived, accelerated by the global pandemic, during which organizations' adaptability has been put to the test. Everything has been questioned - from how, where, and even when employees work, to the way in which they engage with customers, and how they collaborate to get new products to market fast. In this context, HR plays a crucial role in supporting business change and growth.

Workforce and Organisation co-creates the people strategy and organizational purpose. Together, we design digital and sustainable organizations - from effective portfolio and program leadership, to supporting the transition of employees to new ways of working and enabling people to make a tangible social impact.

A talent-centric and data-powered HR function is essential to underpin the transition to the new world of work in which people "management" ceases to be merely a support function and becomes a core business contributor. Helping HR to reinvent itself, using real-time data to rethink employee experience and stay focused on the human side of business transformation.

Business Technology

Business technology empowers the modern enterprise, its people, organization, and processes. Now, more than ever, this technology must enable resilience and agility, with investment in scalable, cloud-native solutions that have sustainability at their core.

Technology evolves at a phenomenal pace. Its impact on business operations can be disruptive. Yet it also creates new value with operational benefits that go far beyond IT, from cost control and risk management to a differentiating employee experience.

Acting as a catalyst to accelerate this transition to agile operating models, enabling cloud transformation, technology innovation, and a digital workplace built on trust and security. Transforming practices and culture to make your business and IT functions work together to deliver value rapidly.
