The opportunity

Council is seeking an Asset and GIS Officer who will be responsible for administering and maintaining Council’s Geographic Information System (GIS) and asset management system and providing specialised mapping, technical and analytical support. You will be responsible for updating the asset register, updating asset management plans and projects.

About You

We are looking for a skilled individual with experience in data management systems or asset management systems or GIS. You will be supported by Council to undertake additional training to ensure you have the understanding to perform in your new role. You will be working with a dedicated team who will help you succeed and deliver in this important function of council.

 What we offer you 

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $1211.50 to $1550.80 gross week. The starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
