Projects and Assets Officer (Temporary 12 months)

  • $66,468- $73,550 per annum plus superannuation

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Projects and Assets Officer on a temporary full-time basis for a 12 month term. Working with the team, the Projects and Assets Officer will develop and maintain the asset information system, including alignment with maintenance, renewal planning and audit systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Council’s Asset Management Information System.
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities in accordance with Council’s Asset Management Systems and best practice principles.
  • Liaise with Council’s Finance Section to ensure job cost numbers are created to enable integration with Council’s management systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and tenders.
