About the role

Working from our modern winery in the Yarra Valley, we are seeking a driven HR intern to join our team on a casual basis.

Please note the working hours of this position are flexible, taking into account University and study commitments. We are looking for an individual who is willing to work 15-20 hours a week, scaling up or down depending on the business need.


As a HR intern, you will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative and basic technical support to the Human Resources department, inclusive of recruitment administration, arranging interviews, phone screens and reference checks;

- Updating the company organisational chart monthly, in addition to supporting in the service award monthly distribution and creation of letters;

- Monitoring and responding to communication via our dedication email and text message service;

- Supporting in other HR reporting and projects as required.


Requirements

For your application to be considered, you must:

- Currently in your first or second year of studying a Bachelor of Business or Commerce, with a interest and major of Human Resources;

- Hold attention to detail and time management skills;

- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs, with a particular focus on Excel and Word.
