Program Overview:

Colin Biggers and Paisley are offering a number of graduate positions to start in early March 2025. Our Graduate Program runs for 15 months, during our program graduates will rotate through three different practice groups and will be immersed in real practical experience. You will work with some of the most respected partners and legal practitioners across Australia in a supportive environment with genuine support and encouragement. You will gain extensive on-the-job training which will equip you with the necessary skills, knowledge and practical experience needed to become a robust first year solicitor. You will be provided with full access to a wide range of resources to help you succeed. Each year we run a Graduate Development Program in Sydney, with an extensive range of developmental topics - this also gives all of our graduates the chance to get to know their colleagues from interstate.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for law students who are motivated and have a passion for our practice areas of Property, Construction, Insurance and Corporate Dispute Resolution. We are looking for individuals with fast learning agility, who are self-motivated, goal orientated, adaptable and client focused. We value students who are successful academically with regular involvement in extra-curricular and community activities. You will need to have strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and have a collaborative approach to work.
