Customer Experience Representative

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Operator to join our team.  In this role, we are looking for highly organised and motivated individual ready to contribute to the support of the Service Operations of the business. You will do this by assisting our Customers with their breakdown calls, and efficiently allocating work to our National Service Technician teams out in the field.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries via incoming calls, email and all further appropriate channels
  • Accurately creating and amending customer details
  • Conduct outbound calls to keep customers informed
  • Providing a positive experience for our customers

Skills & Experience

  • A positive, professional, Customer focused, attitude
  • High Energy and Motivation
  • Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Prioritising multiple tasks whilst accurately completing work within set deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, although not essential
