The CSL Internship Program is a paid 10-week program for undergraduate and postgraduate university students in their second-last year of study.

Our program is designed to give you hands-on experience and build your skills through learning and development opportunities, all while working alongside and learning from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field.

Throughout your journey, you’ll be supported by a dedicated Program Manager, your line manager, and one of our current graduates, with exposure to a variety of teams and functions across the business. At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply and be considered for an early offer to join our award-winning Graduate Program the following year.

As an Intern in the I&T stream, you may be placed in roles across a variety of I&T departments such as Service Delivery, Infrastructure, R&D, or Manufacturing Platforms. You’ll build and apply problem-solving, digital, data and analytics, and communication skills to support the reliable delivery of I&T services across CSL’s Australian Manufacturing, R&D, and Commercial businesses.

You will have the chance to:

• Contribute to digital capital projects that upgrade core infrastructure and application ecosystems
• Work within business operations and governance processes to support the timely delivery of products to patients
• Review, define, and implement Service Delivery metrics to ensure stable and reliable I&T performance
• Design, build, and implement digital, data, and analytics solutions across R&D and Manufacturing to drive value and standardisation
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies

Preferred degrees/disciplines: Computer Science, Data Science (including LLM and GenAI), Program/Change Management, Application Development
