The CSL Internship Program is a paid 10-week program for undergraduate and postgraduate university students in their second-last year of study.

Our program is focused on giving you hands-on experience and enhancing your skills through learning and development opportunities, all while working alongside and learning from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field.

Throughout your journey, you’ll be supported by a dedicated Program Manager, your line manager, and one of our current graduates, with exposure to various teams and functions across the business. At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply and be considered for early offers to join our award-winning Graduate Program the following year.

As an intern in the Manufacturing stream, you will be involved in ensuring the continuous and safe manufacturing of our products. You will gain experience in day-to-day plant operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

You will have the chance to:

• Conduct risk assessments for material changes within the process
• Investigate and develop preventative solutions for manufacturing process deviations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business (Regulatory Affairs, Plant Operations, Validation) to support process improvements
• Assist with technical transfer of new processes and validation of new equipment
• Optimise process variables to reduce risk and improve efficiency

Preferred degrees/disciplines: Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Biomedical), Microbiology/Immunology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Science, Biotechnology
