The CSL Internship Program is a paid 10-week program for undergraduate and postgraduate university students in their second-last year of study.

Our program is designed to give you hands-on experience and build your skills through learning and development opportunities, all while working alongside and learning from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field.

Throughout your journey, you’ll be supported by a dedicated Program Manager, your line manager, and one of our current graduates, with exposure to a variety of teams and functions across the business. At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply and be considered for an early offer to join our award-winning Graduate Program the following year.

As an intern in the Quality stream, you will be involved in ensuring the continuous and safe manufacturing of our products. We are committed to developing, producing, and delivering high-quality healthcare products that maximise benefits for patients and other stakeholders. Our approach to quality ensures that our products, processes, and services meet both patient needs and regulatory requirements through robust systems and controls.

 

You will have the chance to:

  • Assist with regulatory audits and submissions
  • Support process simplification, process robustness, and compliance improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the safe release of products to market
  • Gain hands-on experience in a laboratory environment

 

Preferred degrees/disciplines: Engineering (Chemical, Process, Biomedical), Microbiology/Immunology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Science, Biotechnology
