About the I&T stream

As an I&T Graduate, you’ll be placed within high-impact departments including I&T Service Delivery, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing Platforms. This program is designed to accelerate your development while you work on real-world challenges using cutting-edge technology.

You will have the chance to:

• Infrastructure & Innovation: Contribute to capital projects that modernise our digital core and application ecosystems, supporting research and manufacturing excellence
• Business Integration: Work within key business operations and governance frameworks to help ensure the timely delivery of products to patients through reliable I&T services
• Performance Excellence: Support continuous improvement by helping define and implement Service Delivery metrics that drive stability and performance
• Emerging Technology: Gain hands-on experience with technologies such as AI/ML, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives shaping the biotech industry

Preferred degrees/disciplines: Computer Science, Data Science (including LLM and GenAI), Program/Change Management, Application Development, FinOps, Service Reliability Engineering
