In Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, we partner with clients to modernise their HR functions using cloud-based technology. As part of the HR Transformation team, you'll work at the intersection of business strategy, people operations, and cutting-edge software.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work with major clients to:

• Implement and integrate leading HCM and payroll platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, and SuccessFactors

• Support strategic transformation projects that reshape how organisations manage and engage their people

• Collaborate with alliance partners to deliver smart, scalable cloud solutions

• Use tech to solve real-world HR challenges—from onboarding to performance to payroll

What We Look For
You’re a soon-to-be graduate (or recent one) who:

• Has a degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems

• Is curious about how tech transforms the workplace

• Enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and learning new platforms

• Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Is available to start full-time in early July
