We currently have a part-time opportunity (with a possibility for a full-time role) for an Assistant Project Manager role to be a part of our team. This role is suitable for 3rd or 4th year Construction Management students to join our Projects team to assist in the delivery of our Fitout and Construction Projects.

Role Description

Diverse Project Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Graduate / Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. This is an on-site part-time role, where you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, ensuring projects are on schedule and budget, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Develop weekly site progress reports to be sent to clients with the clear outlines of completed tasks and upcoming tasks for the following weeks

Administering company’s job files to ensure all documentation are up-to-date with the latest revisions of construction drawings and other documentation

Producing, collating, and reviewing OHS documentation

Communication with sub-trades, clients, designers, and other stakeholders

Assisting in scheduling works for sub-trade and in-house site labour 

Organising maintenance and minor works with the Project Managers
