About the Role:

Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, both external and internal to the company, to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document business and support requirements for Oracle ERP applications (SaaS). Assist customers with resolution of tickets, support their requests, provide proactive and reactive maintenance with a continous service improvement  and innovation mindset. The candidate will have an opportunity to work on leading ERP provider (Oracle), work with co-developing AI solutions and supporting some iconic customers in Australia and NewZealand.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business IT, or related fields
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learnAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
