About the Elders Graduate Agronomy Program:

Elders, Australia's most trusted agribusiness, is excited to invite passionate graduates to join our National Graduate Agronomy Program on a permanent, full-time basis. We are deeply committed to nurturing talent and our two-year tailored program is designed to provide you with exceptional learning opportunities and hands-on experience working alongside our industry experts. As part of this program, you will have the chance to work in multiple locations across Australia, gaining exposure and increasing your knowledge in various cropping segments.

Supported by our experienced agronomists and technical leaders, you will develop the skills to provide growers with the latest agricultural technologies and deliver agronomic advice to maximize sustainable crop productivity, and make a positive social impact in the communities we serve.

Tertiary qualification: They hold a tertiary qualification in Agriculture or related discipline, completed within the last 3 years.
