About the Role:

  • Provide ongoing support for various applications such as Workday & Salesforce.
  • Manage incidents from identification to resolution.
  • Conduct end-user training and create user guides.
  • Gather and document existing processes and requirements.
  • Undertake prototyping and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide Business Analysis services to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance applications and systems.

What we are looking for:

  • Recent IT graduate with strong academics.
  • Proficient in IT concepts and communication.
  • Collaborative, adaptable team player.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting, Script management, and ITIL.
  • Document management proficiency and policy adherence are advantageous.
