Through the Career Compass Program, you’ll

  • Explore our different service lines (Tax, Assurance, Consulting and EY‑Parthenon) and understand where your interests and skills could fit.
  • Learn how we support clients and solve real business challenges.
  • Build practical skills and insights that will help you approach future applications with confidence.

Participants may be eligible for exclusive early access to EY Vacationer Program applications before they open to all students.

What to expect in the program

  • Interactive sessions introducing our culture, teams and ways of working.
  • A hands-on case study to experience how we approach real client challenges.
  • An application workshop with real-time interview feedback.
  • Opportunities to connect and network with EY graduates and professionals.

Program Dates
Career Compass Programs will be delivered across EY offices in Australia between September and October 2026. You will be able to select your preferred location during the application process.

  • Adelaide – 2 September 2026 | 9:00am – 4:00pm ACST
  • Brisbane – 30 September–1 October 2026 | 9:00am – 4:00pm AEST
  • Canberra – 30 September–1 October 2026 | 9:00am – 4:00pm AEST
  • Melbourne – 7–8 September 2026 | 9:00am – 4:00pm AEST
  • Perth – 23–24 September 2026 | 9:00am – 4:00pm AWST
  • Sydney – 22–23 September 2026 | 9:00am – 4:00pm AEST

Eligibility
This program requires you to be: 

  • On track to complete your degree in 2028
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident

We welcome applicants from a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to: Accounting, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Science, Information Technology / Information Systems, Actuarial Studies, Economics, Psychology and Human Resources.
